Lots O' Reading

Jensen has a new love for reading. He goes in his room by himself, crawls into his rocking chair and reads for about 10min. I hope it lasts! Especially the by himself thing :)

Laney's 1st day of Preschool was August 18th at St. John's United Methodist. She absolutely LOVES it and has already made lots of friends. She is the only girl in her class which is a bummer but she doesn't seem to mind. She has met a couple of girls on the playground and in chapel.

We Started Laney in a dance class in August called "Tiny Tots". They use props and dance to fun music. There are recitals in December and May so they will be learning "routines" for that soon.

First Fishing Trip

Laney went on her first fishing trip with her daddy, Uncle Jeff and Cousin Jake last weekend to Shady Lakes. She had a great time and caught 4 fish (That amount changes every time)

Tumbling Tots

Laney took a tumbling class this summer and really enjoyed it. She is great at her sommersaults and pencil rolls. We start Ballet class in a couple of weeks so I'll be sure and post pics of that soon!

Ring Toss and the Sprinkler Park

The GREAT Mimi's came out for a visit a couple of weeks ago and we had a great time! Laney and her Great Grandmimi managed to work in a game of ring toss.
